I made lunch for tmw!
1 can chicken (300cal, 6 carbs)
1 can mushrooms (60cal, 8 carbs)
1 can green beans (70cal, 14carbs)
Total: 430cal, 28carbs
Then, I divide that in half.
215cal, 14 carbs
and I add a tbsp of the bww garlic parmesan (60cal, 1 carb)
275cal, 15carbs.
THAT is lunch. :)
