Base foods:
- Egg........................................100cal, 0 carb
- (counting as 100 instead of 80 to cover for the butter it's cooked in)
- Sausage.................................200cal, 1 carb
- sausage varies a lot. the cafe has both patties and links. both are large, so i'm overestimating a bit to be safe
- Bacon......................................50cal, 0 carb
- Veggies for Omelette................20cal, 4 carbs
- this is estimated by my sister. I can't get exact since it will vary from day to day.
- Cheese for Omelette...............250cal, 1 carb
- Slice Cheese...........................100ca, 0 carb
Notes:
- Veggies are what the work cafe uses: about 1/2 cup of onion, pepper, mushroom, tomato. sometimes there's no mushroom, other times olives are added. it kinda varies.
- Cheese for omelette is also based on work cafe - about 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar
