Lunch: 1:15pm - 470 cal
Safeway Eating Right Mediteranian Chicken - 230cal
1.5 C choco milk - 240cal
Dinner:
one of those 'no way to tell' meals with other people. I was as careful as i could be.
Daily Total: 880 + dinner
note: not taking the metformin also means i'm missing an appetite suppressant. this sucks.
