Weigh-in: 231!!!!  CHEER!!!

Breakfast: Arby's Turkey & Ham Salad.
I started out quite well.

Snack:
8 oz of frozen yogurt
then I craved sweet.

Sweet Overload: I had some turkey and cheese at home to offset.

Dinner: Pizza.  4 slices of papa john's thin crust all meat.
and then dinner i went overboard.

Daily Total: way too much.
