Breakfast - Sweet Tomatoes (I filled up on lots of veggies and limited my carbs and sauces. :)

Lunch -
   Cajun Grill @ Lloyd center.  had corn, chow mein, cajun chicken, lemon chicken.
   Orange Julius Medium Pina Colada Lite Smoothie


Too full for dinner.
